Working with Manitobah Mukluks, I played a key role in the rollout of 21 pop-up retail locations in Canada. We took over existing retail locations & made them our own all while sticking to a very strict budget to make these very successful for the brand.  My role was Art director & Project Leader handling designs, approvals, quoting, directing contractors, signage installers and ensuring we open ahead of schedule.
